Introduction: I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA). Our private training programs are aimed at bringing out the best in your canine companions so that they can be well-behaved and happy members of your family. The training will establish clear rules and structure, while developing and nurturing a deep bond that's based on unconditional love, trust and respect. Positive training will open up the lines of communication, and it will also be fun for you and your dog! Each private lesson lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. Please contact us for questions or rates. Puppy Training: This 5-session package is for puppies up to 6 months old. Puppy training will teach you the formula for success to raise a happy, well-behaved puppy, maintain a stable and loving home, lead with confidence, offer positive reinforcement, be patient and consistent, and find fun activities to share. The program focuses on training basic manners, building confidence through responsible socialization, understanding your puppy's exercise needs, and preventing potential behavioral problems. Your puppy learns to perform basic behaviors, such as sit, stay, come (indoor and outdoor recalls), lie down, leave it and drop it. This program also includes management and prevention of typical puppy-growing pains, such as house training, chewing, barking, biting, and jumping up (on people and furniture). Basic Manners Training: This 5-session package is for adolescent and adult dogs over 6 months old. We will teach all of the basic behaviors that your dog needs to learn to be a happy and loving member of your family. Your dog learns self-control and behaviors, such as sit, stay, come, lie down, leave it, drop it, and other good doggy manners. You will also learn how to address any bad habits that your dog may have. Most importantly, the skills you learn will help build a strong bond with your dog that's based on trust, love and respect. Advanced Manners Training: This program is for dogs that already have the basics down and need an advanced challenge.
