Barbara Hasen has been cleaning my birds' cages for over a decade. She is meticulous and, as a bird owner herself, is as concerned with their safety as she is with the cleanliness of the cage. And we usually do a nail trimming while she is here, saving the us a trip to the groomers. As none of my friends are bird owners, I am also lucky to know Barbara as she provides excellent bird sitting when I go out of town, even on short notice. As an added bonus, her rates are quite reasonable for the services she provides.

I have always felt confident when I left my parrot with Barbara. She has many years of experience with birds and my parrot always liked her a lot so it was obvious that she was very nice to him. He let her trim his toenails; with anyone else it was two people and a struggle. Barbara has always been there for me. I had a medical emergency and could not get back home for a few days and she got my keys from me and went in and took him to her place and I am very grateful for that.

Barbara Hasen is a compassionate, hard working and trustworthy individual. I had the fortunate experience of meeting Barbara when I lived in New York City and she was able to look after my parrot, Robbie for an extended period of time. She is deeply committed to looking after animals and their wellbeing in the best way possible. I remember how she diligently cleaned the cages constantly and was always researching the best kind of nutrition for all her parrots. I would recommend Barbara for any position.

I have always had pets...people would ask me to find homes for their pets if they couldn't keep them anymore or liked the way I took care of my own and asked if I would adopt them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common are when people travel for business, go on vacation. away for the weekend , just visiting family, pet has medical needs or the human has a medical issue and needs help caring for pets. I will bring pets to my home if needed.
