Introduction: My name is Itamar Shapiro and I would love to help you become a better drummer! I have been playing the drums for past 16 years in a variety of musical configurations. I have played in venues throughout the world, including Mezzrow Jazz Club (NYC), Internationales Jazzfestival Bern (Bern Switzerland, and Beit Hamudim (Israel) among many others. I also hold a BM in drum performance from the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York City. I work with the student to develop a lesson plan tailored to their individual interests and ensure they get as much as possible out of each lesson.
