- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association, I choose to use their editorial rate chart as a guideline. It practically covers the gamut of services I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I attempt to make each client feel as though they are my only customer. We exchange contact information and availability. I ask the full scope of their expectations and then explain what it will take for me to complete their task satisfactorily.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied English and Business Management in college. The rest I attribute to my long and varied work history and the success of roles I functioned in.
