Introduction: Candidly is a community of social event photographers who are passionate about delivering quality candid moments. Our mission is to put your phone down and let us capture those special events. We cover just about every event aside from weddings. Our process begins with booking on our website Candidly.com! Once your event is booked, we'll assign you a photographer and you'll get their contact information. After your event, you'll receive your photos via a download link in just 24 hours. Yes, 24 hours! Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for cancellations; however, you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the event start time by contacting us. We also can issue a credit for any future event that does not expire. If you cancel the booking within 48 hours or less of the event, we will not issue credit or a refund. Still have questions?
