- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with customers in person first and find out as much as I can so I can assess them and their needs, giving them the best options possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 degrees from Fashion Institute of Technology, one in Marketing and one in Buying and Merchandising. I've worked in both the retail and buying end of both womenswear and menswear, following the trends and working with many different types of people.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted a job with flexibility. I started out giving advice and helping friends and family.
