- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned French from my mother in the household and grew up speaking with our French family!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with young children in elementary school all the way up to people in their 60s. All my customers have a varying degree of prior experience with the French language, from beginners (never studied the language) to expert level (students who have majored in French and studied in Paris).
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have recently been working with a young child. When he started, he had a hard time with the French "r" sound (as most Americans do!). Now, he is reading better and his accent has improved! There's so much joy in seeing someone learn right in front of your eyes.
