Build It Up helped us do a large renovation in under 4 months. We refinished hardwood floors, replaced tile floors, replaced and re-leveled tile floors with hardwood, had a large custom built in made, opened up walls and introduced transoms, gutted our kitchen, gutted the bathroom, etc. We are so happy with the results of the project and are grateful for their ability to work with our designer to help bring our vision to life. We highly recommend working with Andrew and his team.

Andrew was a true professional and took the time to discuss several iterations of plans and adjustments with me. His responsiveness, communication, and expertise was tremendous and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Andrew was straightforward and transparent about timelines and costs and even helped to recommend things to improve the space. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I could not proceed with the project at the current time. However, I was so impressed by Andrew that I needed to jump on here and recommend him to anyone looking for a true partner in home improvement projects.

My experience with Andrew Pena from Build-it-up LLC is 5 star for many reasons. The one area that stands out with Andrew and Build it up is his communication. Andrew will describe everything he will or can do in detail. He discusses all details of the job, the time frame and he will call you to let you know when he is on his way. He is always punctual so if he says he'll be there at 9 you'll receive a call before 9 am, letting you know he's on the job. Unlike other contractors, When Build-It-Up begins the job they stay on the job continuously until it is finished within the estimated time frame whereas other contractors can leave your job unfinished if they found another job that they place as a priority - leaving you waiting for days or longer to get the job done. Build-it-up did a pretty difficult ceiling job for me and in the end it was perfect. Also they clean up after themselves. Andrew is all about making his customers happy and he'll do whatever it takes to make that happen. Also I think he is reasonably priced. I enjoyed working with Andrew and I'm looking forward to giving him more work in the future. You will be in good hands to hire Build-It-Up LLC. And he has all the insurance that Co-ops and Condos require. That's huge.

I recently hired Build It Up LLC Construction company for a complete renovation job of a roof and complete renovation of a room and deck and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!
