I called The Grout Man for a quote to clean and seal the grout in my kitchen that had not been touched in 10 years when it was first installed. Fran gave me a quote which Was very reasonable and we set a date for the job. When he showed up to do the work, he realized the job was more time intensive than first thought, and HE still HONORED HIS QUOTE. When I came home to see the room halfway done and seeing how beautiful the floor looked I waned 2 more roomes done. Frank and Todd came back the following day and did the other 2 rooms and made them all look as good as they did the day they were installed if not BETTER. Frank and Todd showed up right on time as promised. The work was beautiful, and the whole process was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend The Grout Man and use them for any job.

Frank is the Michelangelo of grout. He refreshed 2 bathrooms that look better than new! When he wasnt completely satisfied with his original color choice on the shower grout, he was extremely determined to come back and make it perfect. Which he did! Thanks Frank.

Frank was knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous possessing all the qualities that one is looking for in a craftsman. He cleaned and re-grouted several areas in kitchen and bathroom, taking great pains over the color matching. But most impressively, iinvisibly replaced 3 cracked glass floor tiles. I highly recommend him and his work.

The most common jobs we do are cleaning and re-grouting tiled walls, re-caulking tub and shower walls, sealing grout, coloring grout, fixing missing grout, and replacing cracked tiles.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they specialize in this field. We have seen many jobs done improperly by handymen. A lot of installers will try to go over the existing grout with a pre-mixed grout. That product is not of a high quality and will not last over dirty grout. The old grout needs to be removed first. The tile also needs to be cleaned in order to not mix any soap scum or dirt in with the new grout. Ask what type of products they use and if they will be sealing the grout.
