I start working with Pariis and Dewane @ golden touch Fitness after I saw there amazing reviews on thumbtack , so far i lost over 26 lb in 4 month , Monday and Wednesday i do strength training with and Friday kickboxing with pariis , Dewayne also design a workout program for me and my fiancé to do on the weekends, I highly recommend golden touch fitness trainers Dewayne and Pariis to anyone who is looking for a trainer

He pushes me through my workout in such a positive way that I'm surprised at what I am capable of doing. Extremely happy. We will be working together for a long time.

Not only does he come on time and work around my schedule, but since I've hired him I have seen a significant change in the shape of my body, as well as what I've been putting into my body. Having Rhonda as my personal trainer was an absolutely wonderful experience. She is patient, professional, and reliable. She took the time to understand my needs, and helped me improve where I needed it most. She educates her clients in the process by teaching proper form and informing them which muscles are being targeted with each workout. She is extremely knowledgeable and just an overall wonderful person to work with. Our sessions always flew by because she made the workouts fun and effective. I’ve definitely incorporated her advice in my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend her!

Katie is an amazing fitness trainer, and even on my first session with her, I felt a huge difference in my body and felt like I could really achieve my fitness goals. Katie is patient but assertive when you need that extra kick, and she really has a good intuition for what your body needs. I would never hesitate in recommending her to anyone who needs a great workout and the best fitness results!
Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.

Judy is absolutely phenomenal!! She is professional, intelligent, organized, diligent and so very pleasant. I have specific injuries that she always accommodates for and tailors exercises accordingly. She comes to every session thoroughly prepared with a plan. She knows the correct positions and allignments and fastidiously corrects the client to maximize the benefits of the exercise. I have worked with several personal trainers before, and Judy is by far the best!! I need not look any further!
Gilbert and Trinity are great trainers. They can be tough but encouraging, and help me to work on different muscles of my body each time.
i have been training with Brenda for 9 months now and she is great! Before Brenda, I did have a very good trainer in another city but then I moved to NYC, so I knew what the standard was for someone who would push you but also understand your personal needs and tailor the workout to make sure you are satisfied. I used Thumbtack to find a trainer and read positive reviews about Brenda and decided to give it a try--she has lived up to all expectations. Her schedule is flexible so she can meet you when and where is best for you (some trainers' schedules are too packed and if you're 5 minutes late, they take 5 min off the end of your session, or do not let you reschedule a session without giving you a hard time). She tailors the workouts so if you want to do something on a particular day or are feeling a bit sore in one area, she will work around that but still make sure you are getting an intense workout. Brenda is friendly and personable to talk to and will advise you on anything from nutrition to specific workout regimens to improve a muscle group. It's important to find a trainer who you really get along with and feel comfortable around, and I have found it very easy to work with Brenda. I'm 100% satisfied--highly recommended!
Ed is a great trainer, he listens to your needs and works with you to accomplish your goals. He's also incredibly nice and kind, gets to know everyone at the gym and really makes you feel more comfortable
I started with Chris a few weeks ago. He has helped me get back into a gym schedule and I've definitely been feeling stronger already. He also gave me a couple home workouts to do on my own which is super helpful on the days I get stuck late at the office and can't get to the gym. Glad I made the commitment to finally start training!
Carmen was a fantastic trainer and gym mentor. I was the type of gym member that had my three machines that I stuck to because of convenience, not knowing what to use for my body, and I was simply intimidated. Carmen not only educated me on how to get fit and the machines to use but she built my confidence at the gym. I am very grateful for her giving me the right tools and that extra push. If you want a trainer that is more than just a coach ... she is your girl!

I'm always on the go, and fitting in time to go to the gym is not always in the cards with my schedule. Being able to work with Erika and Mobile Fitness, in the comforts of my home, on MY time has been awesome! As a former athlete, when she arrived at my home with a couple small 30lb weights, I thought our workout would be a 'cake-walk'... I don't think I've sweat so hard in YEARS! I used to think that I could only get a solid workout in a gym, with HEAVY free weights and/or 'pumping iron', but in our sessions, she would (for lack of better words) kick my butt with lots of body weight focused workouts, resistance bands, and high intensity training! She even addressed multiple issues with my knee mobility (which I had lots of problems and issues with in the past, but no more!). I'm BEYOND pleased with the results I've gained through Mobile Fitness and can't wait to see what kind of results I'll reach in 2018!
I hired Lauren to help me fix my coordination, teach me how to properly workout while dealing with my back pain. I had several trainers prior, however, I never had the one who catered to me the way Lauren does. From teaching me how to use different muscles group of my body to completely improving my overall life by 2000%. She approached me as a person who needed help, as an individual and not just someone who could been fit under cookie-cutter method. She literally changed my life. From nutrition to stretching, to teaching me how to properly work out - she does it all. I am a vegan/vegetarian, so she continually teaches me how to improve my diet by providing solid advice. She turned me into a new person. My back pain is gone, and she did what no one could for several months. She is a miracle trainer! Thank you, Lauren!
The workouts are well designed and customized to each ones ability . He will push you as long you are willing to break the barrier . things he will teach you in the workouts - importance of negatives in doing weight training and importance of core strength and bringing in stability of the body . Most importantly loosening of the tissues and muscles which many trainers tend to ignore. Definetely he is an 9.25 out of 10.
Id worked out plenty before meeting Cody but had not done so in some time when I met him. In a matter of months he helped me shed the extra pounds and drove me to achieve even more. My waist shrank a few inches as my muscles grew. From the beginning we worked out outside taking advantage of the local parks. I had always considered weightlifting to be a boring type of exercise but now looked forward to working out because it was completely different than holing up in the gym. Training sessions with Cody are intense from start to finish, well-planned, and personalized for my specific goals, abilities, and objectives. Cody is 100% present during training sessions, focused on me, his client. During the sessions, I feel challenged but confident, secure that he is guiding me with knowledge, experience, and attention to form. I recently trained with Barbara at my gym in Dobbs Ferry NY. She pays close attention to all your muscle groups and designs a workout to suit your body. Barbara moved me along at a nice pace in order for me to get the most out of my workout.Barbara is a kind, compassionate person who makes your workouts fun as well as productive. I was looking for a trainer that would help me to achieve my fitness goals, which were to lose weight (especially my belly fat) and tone my lower body. Alex helped me to exceed these goals. I've lost 40 pounds, lost 5 inches from my waist and gained great muscle tone. I am extremely motivated and more energetic as a result.
