What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have multiple programs with different pricing options. I also have a membership program to make regular coaching more affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a free 15min call to determine if my program is the right fit for you. From there, we will create a plan that matches your goals, availability, and financial situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in medical lab science, health management, and mental health counseling. In addition to being a licensed psychotherapist, I am a certified brain health coach and certified integrative wellness coach. My training also included positive psychology, evolutionary neuroscience, and biofeedback.
