Introduction: At Splendidly Clean we make sure to use the best materials and products to ensure that the job gets done and done well. We try to stand out by using a base rate v. Hourly rate Our cleaning professionals are paid a competitive pay rate. So while they are in a customer's home they are focused on doing an outstanding job verse time crunching or cutting corners to avoid losing or being late to another cilents home. We absolutely love customers who give referrals, or who are coming to us because of a referral. Because of this we have created a system in which each customer is given a Reference Number (ReRe Code) after the completion of the first service. Using your ReRe Code will gain you access to gifts and discounts. If you've tried the rest, come and experience the best. I love the fact that I can positively effect the happiness a person feels when they think of going home at the end of a long day.

The cleaning professional was 10 minutes early which I loved. I've used other cleaning companies before, but Splendidly was the first to use something other then a swiffer mop, or sponge mop. The cleaner came with their own vacuum cleaner, and this steam mop that left my cherry wood floors shinning all week. She dusted everything, and my apartment smelled amazing. She even polished the funiture. I will definitely use this company in the near future.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to make it as easy as possible. So all first time customers are charged a base flat rate based on bedroom/bathroom count. If a customer wants extra service's such as interior cabinetry/closets etc. You're charged a base rate of $20-$40 (based on size) per extra. This type of service is usually used during Spring Cleaning, and move-in/move-outs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 9 years cleaning experience and still currently receive request from other companies for outsourcing.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Try to be realistic about what work needs to be done. Do you have carpet/wood? Are there objects such as ceiling fans/Chandlers that hang from ceilings? Are there any areas that you would like extra attention to? Be as specific as possible.
