- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts for jobs that are longer in duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer: arrange for a meet and greet. Could be done in person or virtually. Preferably in person, this way I can also do a walk through of the home. During the walk through, the client shows me where to find the food, toys, emergency numbers, and other necessary information needed. This also works so that I’m able to meet the pet with the owner present so that I’m able to be introduced to the pet while someone the pet trusts is there. It makes the transition easier and less stressful for the pet.

I started doing this type of work when my friends would ask me to stay over to take care of their pets while they were away on vacation.
