The process is simple at Rococo Design
Step 1
Consultation:
Consultation fee is a flat rate $175.00, consultation fee is refundable once hired.
During consultation: preparing specifications, budget planning, design ideas, pre measuring, and merchandise selections are all discussed at the initial consultation.
Step 2
Presentation
Presentation Boards ONLY range from $500 to $1000.
One to two rooms $500 / three to four rooms $600 / five rooms $750 / full home up to seven rooms $1000, fee covers floor plans in 2D & 3D, three (3) design boards on clients selected rooms.
Presentation Fee for TOTAL Presentation Package covers, selection of furnishings, fabric samples, lighting, flooring etc., includes above design boards, 2D & 3D floor plans plus pricing spread sheet for entire project.
One to two rooms $700 / three to four rooms $800 / five rooms $1050 full home up to seven rooms $1500..
This is to insure client has a clear understanding how their project will look and cost when completed. (see example on next page)
Presentation fees are due at the end of consultation on selected rooms that client wish to move forward with in the presentation.
Step 3
Design Concept:
Once Rococo Design and client has agreed on a design concept, contracts are signed and designs are implemented.
Please note: Rococo Design average cost for an interior design project starts at $20K.
