Actually, I liked ALL of the above. Austin quickly assessed the problem with my drafting table and in almost no time made the necessary repairs. Admittedly, it was not a complicated job but he did all the essential adjustments quickly and efficiently. I feel like I have a new table! BONUS: he is a very personable chap. Highly recommended!
