Introduction: I help my clients reach the results they truly want. I know that essential changes in life are about 80% psychology and 20% mechanics. I teach my clients the tools and tactics they need to reach their goals, but even more importantly, our coaching relationships assist them in getting to a psychological state where they can execute consistently and effectively. My coaching service instills in my clients a stronger belief in themselves which gives them the energy and grit they need to turn their lives around and initiate the changes they always knew they needed but never got to do.
MY BACKGROUND:
I have provided individuals from various backgrounds with 1-1 coaching for more than 150 hours. My approach is coaching the whole person, never their problems. Therefore I could successfully work with my clients on a variety of issues, including job promotion, career change, career planning, making big life decisions, writer's block, gambling addiction, marriage counseling, self-management, developing a vision and life purpose, leading a team, and acquiring work-life balance while owning a small business. Before becoming a professional coach, I taught college-level courses at New York University and other universities. I pursue a Ph.D. in social theory, studying different leadership types, at The New School for Social Research in New York City. I have received coaching training from the very best in the industry, Anthony Robbins, at his coaching school, Robbins-Madanes Training. I am also undergoing a second coaching training program at Co-Active Coaching Institute, certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF).
