I'm glad I hired Rick to work on my projects (assemble and install two ceiling fans, replace faucet, medicine cabinet and light in the bathroom. He used his professional judgement on a few of the items rather than just getting the job done because I asked. Turns out my entire apartment is jerry-rigged and Rick spent several more hours here than he had planned. I'm glad Rick took his time to do it right. I was skeptical hiring a handyman here in NYC, but Rick was great and I'd definitely hire him again in the future.May 22, 2017Verified
Rick was early for the job, and a consummate professional. He came prepared with his own tools, explained what needed to be done, and worked quickly. A+ job and I’d recommend him highly to anyone looking for electrical or handyman work.Mar 9, 2018Verified
Rick did a great replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures as well as relocating a window guard and AC bracket. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. Most of all he did quality work with each part of the job. Thanks, Rick!Aug 28, 2019VerifiedRick can fix it LLC's reply

Great work for Rick. Super flexible to the different tasks I asked of him last minute. He hung 3 shelves and multiple blinds curtains and AC. Looking forward to working with him againApr 11, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do pricing, depending on the type of job that it is and what kind of tools equipment I'm going to need for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get as much information as possible from the customer, so I can make sure that # 1 I can do the job. #2 I want to make sure we are on the same page, the customer has described the job in detail. And that I am fully understanding what it is that they need, so that I can do the job correctly and make sure that in the end they are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been doing this type of work for over 35 years. I've done every type of construction / handyman work you can think of. I was trained and schooled on the jobs.
