Amazing makeup artist! Judy sure knows how to make you look and feel beautiful. Been calling on her for all my makeup needs for over a decade. She was talented then and even more so now. Like I tell everyone—her brush is her magic wand. Have tried other makeup artists before and none lived up to my expectations as Judy has. In fact, she exceeds all expectations. Highly recommend.
