I've had three sessions with Ed so far, once every three to four weeks. The sessions have been extremely helpful in both alleviating pain (from a pre-existing injury) and in mitigating my personal lack of flexibility; even with only a few sessions past, I've already seen flexibility improvements when playing sports, with warmup stretches being significantly easier. If you are looking for a trainer to work to increase your flexibility or to mitigate pain due to training or injury, I highly recommend signing up for sessions with Ed.Aug 27, 2016
Trainer was late many times-would leave room not clean and many times had to go back out to his home to get equipment etc. Massaged everyone on the same mat without proper clean sheets which is not sanitary and the last time he left the room very messy which is just very unprofessional.
