- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Itah College of Massage Therapy's 815 hour program in 2003, over 14 years I have been trained in 12 different styles of bodywork including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Structural Integration, Injury Rehabilitative Massage, Myofascial Release, PNF, Russian Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Accupressure, Resistance Stretching, etc. I was also trained in luxury spa body treatments and massage treatments by the St Regis Deer Valley and St Regis Aspen, as well as Four Seasons Seattle. I received 5-star customer service standard training by Forbes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients from every walk of life, including professional, collegiate, and amateur athletes, CEOs, fashion designers, traders, brokers, lawyers, celebrities, business owners, doctors, chiropractors, alternative healthcare providers, teachers, etc.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I moved to Aspen from Seattle in 2013 not knowing a soul and within 2 years, I was one of the most requested massage therapists at the St Regis Aspen - Travel & Leisure magazine's 2014 winner as the #1 hotel spa in the world
