I hired Shane for a last minute move out/in. He and his team were exceptional to say the least. He was extremely responsive, patient, and understanding being that moving can be hectic for everyone involved. We now live in a walk up and the Active Elite team quickly moved an entire truck of stuff within only 2 hours. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend their services. 10/10. Thanks again!

Shane of Active Elite Moving & Transport was top notch. I feel lucky that I found his services through thumbtack and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to a friend. He responded quickly, quoted a very fair price and was able to do the job quickly. He stood by his word and was right on time. The job ended up being a bit more difficult than anticipated, but Shane never lost his cool. He was patient and kind. He encountered several obstacles while picking up and delivering the furniture and paintings and handled each one with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Shane and his company.

I hired Shane to move a leather couch from New York to New Jersey. First off, he was very responsive via text, and he tried to make every effort to make the moving process as smooth as possible for me. I reached out to him for a same-day project and he made his time available for me to finish the job. Shane and his guy reached the pick up location on time and wrap the couch carefully for protection. There was a huge struggle when we tried to bring the couch in to my apartment because the entry way was really tricky with a tight space with stairs. It almost seemed like it was impossible to get the job done. Everyone was getting frustrated. However, Shane did not give up and tried different approaches to make it work. After some time, we eventually were able to bring the couch through the tight door!! I couldn't be happier that it worked out and the couch was well-protected at all times! I can't recommend Shane enough for the work quality and professionalism! Oh also, his quote was more than reasonable and I sure saved quite a good amount of money compared to going for other services near my neighborhood. Thank you Shane!
