- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our events are all priced by each individual case. not two events are the same
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First phone call to understand the scope of your event Second you will fill out a short form writing down your address, contact info, event start time, event end time. We require 50% deposit 5days prior to your event and payment in full no later than 3days till your event Our staff will arrive 15mins prior to their call time set up and execute and stay 1hr after to clean up. Finally we will follow up to see how everything went!

The real experience is from doing this for over 15yrs. We have produced hundred of events of all shapes and sizes from small intimate dinner parties to thousand person galas
