Trisha of Xclusive Services helped me plan my wedding in just about 4 months, starting from scratch. She helped me find the perfect venue, contacted all the vendors and took the lead on design and decor. Trisha is professional and friendly when communicating and her response time is quick. She was very organized and created a detailed timeline that eliminated much of the stress when planning a wedding. I was able to stay on schedule and feel as though things were being done in a timely manner. The decor for the wedding, (both ceremony and reception was stunning and I received so many compliments from my guests.) I highly recommend Trisha for any of your event planning needs!

I booked Xclusive Services 3 months before my wedding day as a month-of-coordinator because of setup/breakdown and logistic concerns. A LOT had to be done for set up/breakdown as our venue was fully DIY. We had no official caterer to assist in decorating/setting up the venue. Trisha reassured me and understood my concerns. She was super responsive and helpful whenever I have questions leading up to the wedding. Thank you so much Trisha, Jamaal and Melanie. So many are raving about our wedding and it wouldn’t have been possible without you three! So many people said the event planners did such a great job, and I 110% agree. Jamaal was mostly my point of contact on our wedding day and he was wonderful. He had a calm and chill vibe about him that made us a lot less anxious that day and he was on top of everything. Their team did such a great job with setting up our vision with all the decorations. They also set up the food/decor on our appetizer table and dessert bar, and it looked fantastic! We keep saying that booking Xclusive Services was the best decision we ever made out of everything. Thank you so much!

Trisha is an absolute dream to work with. She just gets it. Aside from the wedding day turning out to be better than I could have ever imagined (like she made all of our dreams come to LIFE), she was also incredibly transparent in her communication throughout the entire process. Her ability to read the room with grace and poise was also helpful in moments of high stress or massive confusion - both before and during the wedding. She was able to help put together a wedding in a very alternative venue space that is not made for weddings. With our budget in mind the entire time, she was honest with what was doable and understanding that we wanted the whole "less is more" vibe. I am confident that no one else could have done it better than her. Please trust Trisha with one of the most important celebrations in your life.

My pricing is customized to your budget and event needs. I have a structure in place that either is priced per hour or flat rate for the entire project. I certainly have no issue working through pricing with any of my prospective clients as my priority is customer service and ensuring you have a very memorable, successful event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is NEEDED prior to taking on any project. Please reach out to schedule one to receive a proper estimate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the energy between you and/or your deciding planner is pure and positive. This is essential and sets the stage.
