- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The cost for Private Chef services are $70-100 per hour, not including the cost of food. The charges include: Menu Planning, Food Shopping, Prep time, Cooking, Storing all food properly, and cleaning the kitchen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to find out what type of level of service they are looking for, what type of cuisines that interest them, and then create a specific experience unique to each clients specific expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health in NYC in the fall of 2000. I have also completed a Nursing course and plan to incorporate my knowledge of Nursing and Biochemistry into helping people with food.
