Kalene Walsh is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She is a 12-year former gymnast and coach and also competes in USBF bodybuilding and fitness competitions. This past summer, she expanded her services by traveling to Nosara, Costa Rica to obtain her yoga certification by some of the most respected yoginis in the world. Specifically, Rebecca Kovacs, a world traveled senior assistant to Sri Dharma Mittra. "I am motivated by your success, I believe my clients are a walking advertisement for what I can do for others. I will be with you every step of the way to push you harder than you ever thought possible to achieve your fitness goals. Kalene is an amazing coach!! She pushes you with positive energy and motivation. Her knowledge in the health and fitness industry is inspiring and gives you the confidence you need reach your goals. And best of all she leads by example. I LOVE working out with her.

I was a client of Kalene's for over a year and can say that in that she is truly a shining example to the fitness industry. There were days I was tired or just didn't feel like working out, but her enthusiasm is contagious. She pushed me harder than I ever knew I was capable of. You can tell that she absolutely loves what she does and has a genuine passion for helping others. As a trainer, yoga instructor and all around caring person, I couldn't recommend her more!

I have been training with Kalene for almost a year now. She is absolutely amazing! I first thought it would be for a few months until I got my act together, but I am ADDICTED! The workouts are always challenging and different. She sets goals & motivates you to do your best in a positive way (not scary drill sergeant). Setting new fitness goals for myself...Which means MORE Sweat & Flow and No Excuses Fitness!

Kalene teaches an ass kicking class that will test your strength, endurance and cardio. Be prepared to work hard and sweat with varied exercises which will condition your entire body.
