Introduction: I have been teaching Physical Education for almost 5 years now. In addition to teaching I have been coaching cross country, track and field, swim, and basketball for 6 years. I am also a certified Personal Trainer and have been teaching a variety of fitness classes and strength and conditioning classes.
The most rewarding part about this work is that I am able to push athletes to perform at their ultimate potential. As a retired athlete myself, I understand the hard work and dedication it takes to perform physical skills with efficiency. This intimate understanding and personal experience drives my passion for the work that I do.
