- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

You make no commitment until you see how we can positively affect your health and wellness. Our subscriptions bill weekly with no contracts, cancel or skip payment anytime. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new client is to first and foremost ask questions. What are their goals? What level of experience do they have? What do they enjoy about exercise? What obstacles may be in their way to achieving their goals? It is extremely important for us to understand what motivates our clients and what pitfalls have disrupted their progress in the past. It is our job to help our clients progress, so we must plan appropriately. From a more scientific stand point, it is also important to collect data, to know where we are are starting from and define the goals ahead. We take anthropometric data like weight, height, body fat percentage. We look at movement patterns to check for deficiencies that may inhibit progress. We record performance records to track improvement. Then we periodically invest time in reassessing our progress to motivate our clients to perform better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers on staff have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Exercise Science related field. That fact alone separates us from the competition. We place the highest level of emphasis on the education of our trainers because we believe BETTER TRAINERS = BETTER RESULTS!!!
