Introduction: Hey fellow fitness enthusiasts (or soon to be!). My name is Colby and I have been a trainer for 10 years. I recently moved to NYC from northern VA to practice medicine as a cardiology physician assistant. While my primary job is in a hospital, I still have a strong passion for fitness training and helping others achieve their goals! My specialties include: -adult weight loss, muscle development, and cardiovascular health improvement -adult body shaping -adolescent weight loss & athletic training -elite level performance training -martial arts and self defense instruction In addition, I am a former professional martial arts competitor and team coach. I incorporate the wide variety of exercise types I have done into our workouts to keep it fun, exciting & fresh. I am available to travel to your location or we can utilize my home facility. I am very flexible. Lastly, as a practicing medical provider, I am unable to give professional medical advice or recommendations outside of my workplace. I have never filled out a review before for a personal trainer but Colby went above and beyond with helping me. He was very professional but also very friendly and just seemed like I was working out with one of the guys. Workouts were unique each time and he helped me push past my limits
