If building a strong, lean body is one of your top fitness goals or if you want to learn self defence from a top level martial artist, you should hire Piero.
After carefully considering my phisical condition, Piero created a training routine that was fitting well with my busy life;
Not just on the physical wellness, but mental too.
After few months I already feel better, and i would strongly suggest at least 2h/week for better results.

In my opinioni Is useless talking about Piero with my experiences lived with him.
The most important thing about Piero that everyone should know is that him, truly, never give up. He's Always up, no matter what, and Always get what he wants... For him and for anyone trusts him. And I think that is the best thing.
