What I liked about working with Richard Sanchez is His Drive and organization when it comes to not only Wrestling and working out but Life itself, I first met Richard at school, he had a high school wrestling club and I joined, I was scared to death when I first heard about it and was thinking of joining but I did and that was one of my best decisions I've ever made. Outside of Wrestling what attracts me to people like Richard is His Mentality, His yearn to see you do well and push past limits was a foundational pillar in who I am today, when I first met him I was 135ib 5'10 2023, after working with him and understanding the Game more when it comes to Working out and The Human Body, Im now 160 (fluctuating) 6'0 and I'm getting better each day. To Live outside of yourself and to Serve others is The purpose of My Walk in Life, and to see others doing Like unto me brings me to them. Working with Richard is Hard but fun a reciprocal Mindset Changing Relationship which if You sow Honest and Good labor, You will reap Plenty fold. Your own personal experience is Tailored to how far you are willing to Suffer and change for You and more importantly for others. That Is Life That is Training.

Richard has been my trainer for a year now, and I can wholeheartedly say that he is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. He is incredible when it comes to in-person training, workout programs, and overall quality. I have learned so much during our training sessions. Richard is excellent at teaching techniques and form. He even helps you be more aware of your body and how to correct your form (e.g., your toes lifting during squats or back arching during deadlifts), which is important for your safety and progress. With Richard, I also ACTUALLY see results. This is the best my physique has ever looked, and I am stronger and have more endurance. Richard is an excellent trainer, and you really can’t go wrong with him. He meets you where you are, understands where you want to go, and then helps you get there. He's a 10 out of 10 trainer!

Rich was the main reason I got into a steady, effective, and healthy work out habit last year. I didn’t only learn different strength training exercises but Rich also taught me the importance of mobility, balance, and core work. Plus, he’s a great guy!
