I highly recommend Simon. When I first decided to try personal training, I went into the session thinking it wasn't for me, but was immediately sold. Simon helped me take my fitness to the next level and helped me work towards (and achieve) my goals in a pretty short timespan. After 3 years of trying to get a pull-up by myself, Simon helped me push past my plateau in 3 months. I look forward to working with him again. Muscle-up next!

I get intimidated usually when I workout with people who know what theyre doing but although Simon is extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness, hes very down to earth and will go at your pace but still push you to your limits. Would recommend to anyone who is serious about getting off their butts and take steps to improve themselves! I have seen tremendous progress ever since Ive used a personalized workout plan he created for me.

Simon is extremely knowledgeable, and understands anatomy. He asks the right questions, and takes the time to be sure the exercises are effective. I highly recommend SimonBurdeaux!

I moved to the US and quickly realised the importance of the gym culture. Not having worked out before, Simon was supportive yet pushed me to improve week on week. He’s professional and takes the time to understand your goals but most importantly is a good guy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Simon is an incredible coach that has taught me not only to love the fitness world, but to accept myself in every from. His workouts are challenging and well crafted, and his calm tone while giving feedback allows for an open dialogue. As a dancer myself, I love how knowledgeable he is about anatomy and how he incorporates that language when explaining my workouts. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with him!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing covers all of the education that I’ve invested in and that I’m continuing to invest in to further my growth as a personal trainer, gym fees, commute, and any business costs associated with running a personal training business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We will discuss your goals, prior training history, and prior injury history before anything starts. Then we'll look at your movement in order to understand where your strengths and limitations may be. Together we will come up with a long term plan to help you achieve and maintain your goals. After that we'll start training as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my Bachelor's in Biology from Emory University, where I took classes like human anatomy and physiology, exercise science, etc. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), one of the most highly regarded fitness organizations in the country. I'm also certified to coach Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebells.
