Tamara was amazing to work with. She communicates and discusses your goals and how to best accomplish them. She pays attention and corrects you so that you maximize your workout. The little details are important and she emphasizes those. Her attitude and personality was uplifting and encouraging. She is very friendly. Would highly recommend her and would use her again!

I hate working out but Tamara makes it fun. She is very kind and most importantly very patient. Before working out with Tamara I had started my fit journey but did not have a good experience. However she quickly helped me change my perspective on trainers. With her help I have lost 4 pounds and can definitely see an improvement in my strength and my stamina.

She understands the physical anatomy and offers safe and effective workouts. She is always generous, insightful, enthusiastic, and creative. Above all Tamara is a gifted fitness professional. She is motivational and supremely knowledgeable in how to encourage each student to perform the best they can. I know Tamara to be dependable, responsible, honest and courteous. She is a popular fitness instructor at Life Time. I can confirm that she is a woman of great principles, extremely dedicated and quick to volunteer tor assist in other areas of operations as well. Tamara is amazing! She’s extremely professional and responsive, and really takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their goals. She does a great job making sure you are utilizing proper form and breathing and taking steps to avoid any kind of injury or strain. The workouts vary and are challenging and fun. She is a joy to work with and I always look forward to our sessions!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    As a professional my scope is to conduct a health screening that includes your medical history and a review of your chronic disease risk factors and presence of any sign or symptoms of diseases. After the health screening information I can decide if to proceed with a fitness assessment (to determine your health and fitness level) or refer you for further medical evaluation . Once your baseline health and fitness has been determine I can design the best safe, effective programs for you to achieve your specific goal.
