Eleni is an amazing Pilates & Yoga instructor.
I have been taking her classes for almost 4 years now and I am more than happy with the way she teaches and takes care of her students. She pays attention to your needs, your body’s strength and she always asks how you feel. She has deep knowledge and experience in her field , which combined with her sweet personality is a rare find! I highly recommend Eleni! She is the best!

I have been doing pilates with Eleni for over 3 years now. I love how she teaches! Her vast experience is obvious with her attention to detail to make sure I get the most out of every movement. It is a mild yet effective form of exercise. I have made it part of my life, considering my work is sedentary and doing pilates 2x a week really puts me together! I am stronger, more fit, more flexible, with better posture and definitely less body aches from sitting all day. Thank you Eleni!

Eleni is a wonderful Pilates instructor with vast knowledge on what she does. She cares about each of her students and their needs and i have personally seen tremendous improvement on my body and strength during the past 3 years that she has been my instructor. ELENI is the quintessential teacher full of desire to impart all her knowledge into her students, taking pride in their progress and improvements. She has the grace of a gazelle, the strength of an ox, LOL, the playfulness of a child and the patience of a saint! She kicks my butt and whips me into shape without any remorse but all with a smile.
