We wanted to do a photo shoot to commemorate our daughter's 16th b-day, while visiting NYC. Within minutes of submitting a request on thumbtack, we received a personal response from Jenna, rather than an auto-response. After talking over-the-phone, it was clear that she understood and was enthusiastic about our desires and goal. During the shoot Jenna was very professional, yet fun and had a great eye for detail. Her passion for her art was obvious! Within days of the shoot Jenna sent finished photos, and they are beautiful! We could not be more pleased. Thank you, Jenna, for adding such a special touch to our amazing NYC trip!Apr 12, 2018Verified
I was so happy with the quality of my pictures! Jenna helped pick a variety of spots, even though Central Park was very crowded! Great job!Jul 17, 2017Verified
From the mother of the future bride: The pictures captured the wonderful event to make a perfect keepsake. Jenna picked a beautiful spot and took a variety of pictures. I would recommend her to anyone. She did a great job!Jul 4, 2017Verified
Jenna is awesome!! She took photos at our company holiday party. All of the pictures were crisp & clear. It was a crowded party with a lot of activities. Jenna really captured all the best moments. She is prompt, kind & super professional! The best part was getting the photos the next morning. Fun for all of us to rehash the night! I would hire her again in a heartbeat.Dec 29, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we communicate over Thumbtack, then we typically have a phone call to discuss expectations and dates of service. From there I put together a contract that makes everyone feel more comfortable about the set expectations. I remain reachable via email, text, or phone for the entire duration leading up to the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was trained at the International Center of Photography by world renowned photographers. I take my craft very seriously and thus, continue to take classes whenever I can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started film photography when I was 16 - a sophomore in high school. At that time, I photographed my grandparents A LOT and those photos are now treasured by many since they have passed. I decided that this was something I wanted to do - give people something special that would last not just a lifetime but many lifetimes thereafter.
