- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free consultation through a brief interview for fact-finding. From there, we can determine the complexity of the tax return. We only charge a fixed fee pricing for tax preparation and filling, so you are guaranteed that there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES on the bill after we complete the tax preparation for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a call to assess your need. 2. We will go over your situation during our call and provide you with the estimated pricing 3. You can upload your tax documents to our secure portal 4. We will provide you with the service engagement letter to sign electronically 5. After that, we will handle the rest for you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Mercy College. In addition, I am an Enrolled Agent. An EA status is the highest credential the Internal Revenue Service awards. We are the only federally-licensed tax practitioners who specialized in taxation and have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers. As an EA, I can represent taxpayers before the IRS in matters of audit and collections.
