Exceptionally insightful, creative, and understanding, Leon is far and away the best therapist I’ve had in my 10+ years of psychotherapy. He strikes the perfect balance between affirming and challenging, fostering a sense of safety, honesty, trust, and care. And humor, too!
Leon has years of experience with many therapeutic modalities and is constantly learning and developing additional tools of his trade. He is especially skillful when exploring issues of trauma and identity (in my case, my LGBTQ+ identity). He shines in both my one-on-one sessions and as the ringleader of his therapy groups.
Most importantly, Leon has the best dog, Freud Beyoncé. You can tell a lot about a therapist from their dog.

During COVID, we've shifted to virtual sessions which have been effective.
