- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client decides to work with me, my process involves having the client fill out an intake questionnaire to help me get to know them, their concern(s), and goals. Once I assess their concerns and goals we meet in-person to discuss the counseling process and best solution-focused approach to take to reach their goals and realize their full potential. This first counseling session is held in person in a public setting that is safe and confidential. The remaining sessions can be held in person, again in a public setting that is safe and confidential, or via phone or online video, allowing the client to engage the session from the convenience of the location of their choosing.
