Jaisen is really Serious about getting you the results you desire and he's very knowledgeable in his craft of Training and he even offers tips on weight loss. I've been working with Dewayne for 5 consecutive years. When I first began training with Dewayne I was at my highest weight, 250 pounds. Previous to working with Dewayne, I trained with 3 different personal trainers. I did not obtain the results that I desired working with those trainers. However, as of today, I am delighted to say that because of Dewayne effective training skills my weight is down to 152 pounds. I am no longer taking Insulin for my diabetes. In 2012, for the first time my cholesterol was below 200. I am very pleased with my results and I HIGHLY recommend Dewayne Barrett

Since I have started training with Kadian I have seen great results. Not only does he have a expert knowledge of physical fitness but has the unique ability to know his clients needs. Charles is an excellent trainer. He's very engaging and incredibly intuitive when it comes to working out and his clients' needs (and he's great at catering to them, too). He's also a perfect match for my training style because he's able to make what you're doing fun while simultaneously paying close attention to your form and adjusting when necessary; he's able to balance distraction and precision in a way that is incredibly effective and something I haven't seen before with any other trainers. It's great for me because it doesn't feel like I'm working out until the next day when my muscles are sore (in a good way). He's also is very flexible and willing to work with peoples' disparate schedules and budgets, so, a win win all around. Definitely would recommend giving this one a shot.

During the third year I was training with Rhonda, I underwent a joint resection in my shoulder. As an adjunct to the physical therapy I needed, I continued to work with Rhonda, albeit on a slightly modified schedule. During that time, she helped me stay on track with the cardio and other strength training we had been focusing on, while still protecting the shoulder while I regained my full pre-surgery range of motion. Another client of hers and I nicknamed her the "the serial abs killer" while we were comparing notes after our respective training sessions. Rhonda is a very caring professional who always encourages her clients to be the best they can be. She possesses a wonderful skill of identifying weaknesses and then finding multiple ways (some even fun) of addressing and overcoming them.

Waking up at 6am is difficult and being energized is even more challenging. But Peter is able to keep me focused, engaged and enthusiastic with my 6am workouts and I leave feeling great and ready to tackle the day. He has listened to my workout goals and developed a personalized workout plan for me. I feel like I am working out more effectively than ever before and I can't wait to see the results (I am only a week in). I was impressed the first session when he said that it was a better use of his and my time if I did my cardio warm-up before he arrived so that I wasn't paying him to watch me run on a treadmill - I feel like that showed he respected that I was paying for training and he wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. Peter has also given me great advice about nutrition and workouts outside of my training sessions with him. I feel like he knows his stuff and will ensure I don't injure myself or strain anything while at the same time pushing myself beyond what I think I can do. I feel great and I'm very satisfied so far and would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.

I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!

I recently started training with Carlos and he’s exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when you’re not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares…During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He won’t EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, he’s that GOOD! Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth

Ratul is a magnificent trainer. I've been through several trainers in my life and he is the best bang for the buck that I've had. he clearly knows what he's doing. He's also an extremely friendly and likeable guy! But he does push me! He didn't waste the whole session just chit chatting or going on his phone while I complete my reps. He gave me a specific plan blueprint that I can use even when I stop training with him!!

I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.

When I first met Erika, I had just set out to attempt my first ever sprint triathlon. Up to that point, I had been exercising on my own and lost over 100 lbs. I still needed lots of training and only 8 weeks until the race. What Erika then did for me was above and beyond what I could have done on my own. We began training; building powerful muscles and developing balance and stability. She even helped with nutrition planning and recovery tips. I completed my first sprint triathlon but felt my result was lackluster. For a first timer, this was normal. The next day I quickly signed up for another sprint triathlon for that summer. Once we began training for that, Erika amazed me yet again. The training sessions became much more intense. She provided solid motivation to keep up my mental strength. We built lots of explosive muscle and incredible cardio stamina. I finished the 2nd triathlon in the top 50% overall. It felt amazing. The training also translated well in my other hobby, soccer. The results were very real.

Lauren is an awesome trainer to work with! I look forward to our twice-weekly sessions and get really upset when I have to miss one. My favorite thing about Lauren is that she is really mindful of people's struggles and insecurities while training. For example, one of my biggest problems training-wise is being injury prone after 2 decades of high-level sports that have wreaked havoc on my body. Lauren is wonderful about helping me work around my injuries and keeping me fit and strong despite them. I have been working back from a rotator cuff injury and recently regained full mobility in the shoulder again. Despite the limitations of my injury Lauren has helped me work around them and develop some killer abs while I waited for it to heal! She has a holistic approach to health/fitness that includes nutrition advice and occasional monitoring (if you need it)! She has spent a lot of time outside of our normal training hours helping me find protein sources to balance my diet while avoiding some of the less healthy options out there (I have a nut allergy that makes getting sufficient protein in my diet more difficult). I really love working with her and would highly recommend training with her. Even if you are nervous due to injury, dietary struggles, or just generally fear the gym you should really give it a try...it's so much better when you have someone cheering you on!

I’d worked out plenty before meeting Cody but had not done so in some time when I met him. In a matter of months he helped me shed the extra pounds and drove me to achieve even more. My waist shrank a few inches as my muscles grew. From the beginning we worked out outside taking advantage of the local parks. I had always considered weightlifting to be a boring type of exercise but now looked forward to working out because it was completely different than holing up in the gym. Training sessions with Cody are intense from start to finish, well-planned, and personalized for my specific goals, abilities, and objectives. Cody is 100% present during training sessions, focused on me, his client. During the sessions, I feel challenged but confident, secure that he is guiding me with knowledge, experience, and attention to form. He takes the "personal" part of "personal training" just as seriously as the "training" part, and makes me feel like my goals are as important to him as they are to me.
