I received texts and calls from Clarke and we scheduled for Tuesday at 8:30; we were originally scheduled for Tuesday at 2pm. On Monday I had asked how I would be able to get a receipt as I do not have Venmo and my PayPal might not be active; I was told that I could get a receipt via email before or after the service was rendered. On Tuesday morning, I received a text from him saying that he had to reschedule due to “transport problems”. I asked what time he thought he would be able to make it-I got no response. I then sent a text wishing him well-still no response. So HOW CAN THEY IMPROVE IN THE FUTURE? By actually rescheduling missed appointments and actually showing up. I would have given a ZERO rating but that was not an option.

Wow. Reached out to Clarke and he was here within the hour. Mounted the TV in an hour as well. Very impressed with his work ethic and skill. He didn't get upset when me and my wife asked to moved it while he worked. I'd recommend him to anyone who wants their TV mounted professionally and for a good price.
