The installation was rejected. The technicians wanted several up charges that were never discussed with you. Including a charge for labor and charge to install the cable box you sent. I was assured by the technicians I would receive a full refund. Furthermore I went to best buy to discuss the situation and refund. They have not seen a charge come through at their end but will issue a credit. I assume if this goes through you. You will issue the proper credit.Nov 2, 2019Verified

I would have given 5 Star except there was a mistake in what I was charged. The on-site installer figured it out and explained the error and corrected it and then took the time to follow up with me via email to let me know he had made the corrections. In the end i paid less than than initially charged. The installation was exceptional, the techs were respectful, professional and took great care to leave no trace of the installation other than the TV on the wall. This is the only time a tech has left my home I didn’t have to go behind them and make clean and make cords neat, THE ONLY TIME!!! Thanks Chad Perreault & assistant.Oct 20, 2019Verified
