I was desperately looking for somebody to help with my daughter's 21st birthday party and only had two days to organize the entire thing. I posted a request on Thumbtack and Tyler (as well as other providers) contacted me. Based on what I read about the different options I selected Tyler's company, and I am very happy I did. He was simply outstanding. Within a few hours he came up with a menu of cocktails (named after my daughter), he took care of all the logistics (including insurance), and recruited the necessary personnel to cater the party. My daughter said that it was a memorable experience and the quality of the service was top notch. Both my daughter and I would recommend Tyler's services without any reservation.
You can just ask my kids Ms. P always has a fun party. We have attended parties given by Princess such as Halloween, Easter and Summer parties given at her location. The decorations are extraordinary and there was excellent use of inside space to entertain the guests. Recently my Son celebrated his 7th birthday with Party with Us Professionals and it was great. Princess gave us more than we imagine with the decor and entertaining the children. She asked me what kind of party I wanted and I explained my son really likes Michael Jackson . Princess put her touch on it and he had a spectacular Disco dance party filled with fun,games,dance contests and prizes. I did not have to raise a finger she went above and beyond to make sure my son and all the guests (including parents) had a good time. She also surprised everyone when she SANG(and she can really sing) Happy Birthday to my son :-). I will definitely call on Party with us Professionals anytime i need help with an event in the future, It's great that you can use her space or she can bring the party to you! Whatever you need Princess will make it happen.
Eleni was extremely helpful as I planned my daughter's baby shower. We stayed in touch and she offered suggestions during the planning phase. On the day of the baby shower, Eleni came early, helped me set up, kept our guests entertained with shower theme games (bingo, etc), took photos, and made announcements. She was extremely professional throughout and also did our favors, (delicious cookies in an elephant theme). All our guests adored her and many took her business card and plan to contact her for their future events. If you are thinking of having a party and need a coordinator, games, favors, etc. I strongly recommend you contact Eleni. She is a true professional!

I am writing to recommend Amazing Events as I have now used their services 4 times to enhance my parties. At each event décor and entertainment were provided to enrich our atmosphere and guest enjoyment. Marty is extremely professional and passionate about event planning and décor. His many years of experience and talent lead to help guide me to a stress free and beautiful event. Marty provided inviting balloon décor in ways of arches, centerpieces and Balloon dance floor enhancements. His decoration using Balloons were the perfect touches to the many Sweet 16’s hosted as well as for my wedding. The balloon features were interesting and all of my guests loved how different and fun as they transformed the spaces. On top of providing the décor for my events Marty went above and beyond to entertain our guests throughout the party. He is vibrant and enthusiastic about what he does and truly takes pride in his work. Marty entertained my family and friends performing magic at my events, where my guests of all ages were intrigued and amused at his act. His performances were the perfect touches to make my parties stand out and ensure everyone was having a great time. I have never been great a planning parties. It was my best friend's baby shower and I had 2 weeks until I realized I needed help. Luckily I found Lovely Events NYC. Moran, on such short notice saved me. The event was at my apartment and she handled everything from decorating the space, organizing a delicious catering option to even a few ideas for games. Thanks to Sheetal we had an amazing Baby Shower. I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped me with planning for the entire event including tips on how to keep the secret going for over a month. She is very detail oriented, filled every need and exceeded our exceptions. On the day of the event she and her team decorated our front door (entrance), living room and dining room in under two hours while my wife was away thinking it was just a small get together with a couple of friends. We had over forty guests and my wife had tears in her eyes upon arrival. She was simply amazed by the attention to detail, food, games and gifts all of which Sheetal had planned and procured. My wife being a strict vegetarian, Sheetal was even able to get us a delicious chocolate egg less cake with a stork and cradle. Simply put, it was WOW and even our guests kept raving about it. I threw few extra "details" her way at the last minute and she just rolled with it and executed everything perfectly. I don't know what we would have done without her! She is incredibly organized and puts everyone at ease. I wish her all the best for her future endeavors and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. All the best :-)
We loved working with Heather for our wedding. She did an amazing job and everything was perfect. She set up everything before and it came out so good :) During the wedding they went to her if there were any questions or problem and we didnt have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding or a party. She is also very resonsably priced too.
Llise and Zo worked with me to organize my daughters 1st birthday party and had wonderful experience overall. Llise was so helpful from the first email to the last. She emailed me with all little details to confirm everything. She answered every single question I had with patience. Llise gave me great discounts and amazing surprise video montage after party plus wonderful tips on party planning to save bucks so I can stay on my budget. My party was hit among my family and friends. Decor, all arrangement was beyond my expectation. All in all good experience and great people to work with. My husband and I just got married on 9/24/16. The setting was an outdoor wedding at my parents' home for 200 people. Overwhlemed does not even begin to describe how we felt prior to hiring Kellyann and Stephanie. From the initial consultation with them they put us at ease. They had great ideas on the fly and from past outdoor events that they have done. We were amazed at how they just came up with great suggestions as we showed them the backyard- we knew right away that they knew what they were talking about. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about being the point of contact for all of the vendors, Kellyann handled all of that for me! They kept the day running smoothly by setting up a solid game plan prior to the day of our wedding. Kellyann was always available to me by phone, text, and email. She would check in with me quite often and ended every conversation with "Is there anything else I can do for you?" These words are priceless to any stressed out bride! I admired their organization and their willingness to help throughout the whole process. My only regret... Not hiring them sooner into our planning process. We hired them a little over a month before our wedding, and it was clear we made the right decision because they jumped right in, assisting us with anything we needed. It was nice to have a professional's opinion whenever we needed it. If you are planning an outdoor event I highly recommend the ladies of Chores!!
As soon as I spoke to Ernestine I felt at ease about planning the party. She was knowledgeable, she recommended and planned the entire evening for me and my girlfriends. I had booked a hotel room before speaking to her and wanted all of us girls (8 total) to meet at the hotel and have a pre-party drinks and snacks. The room was small and lacked a desk. As soon as she arrived, she didn't hassle with the small space she was given and instead transformed the room to a small bar. She had snacks on one side, drinks (wine and sangria) on one side. Then she had placed my suitcase on the rack, covered it with a table cloth and placed all the favors and games on it. You would think it was a nice decorated table!!! I love working with her. She was so creative. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know!
I have had the opportunity to attend two baby showers organized by One Eleven Events. The owner clearly was able to bring the expecting mother's visions to life! When I entered both baby showers (one was outdoor, the other was indoor) I felt like the theme was brought to life. The invitation, decorations, food, & party favors all matched the themes flawlessly. One Eleven Events pays great attention to detail and clearly takes pride in their work! They think about guests of all ages when preparing food and drinks at their events, which is something that other party planners tend to miss. The games, atmosphere and prizes were always memorable. From my experience One Eleven Events always put the client first and it makes for a great day!
I have used Yancy Estrada @ Legacy Entertainment for a variety of parties including: Birthdays, Communions, & Baptisms. He has always been on time and prepared with every event. What is so impressive is how accommodating he is to your specific needs. Organizing parties can tend to be very hectic, but I'm happy to say that when booking Yancy Estrada as the DJ for the event, I never have to worry because I know it is in good hands. It does not matter what genre of music you or your guests enjoy. He will always go above and beyond to make sure the party is an absolute success. Also, the new photo booth is definently worth having at any event. The guests really enjoy it and you get memorable keepsakes of the amazing night!!! My family & myself will continue to use Yancy Estrada @ Legacy Entertainment for all future events.
We hired Campbell Events for the planning of his and hers baby showers. Carissa and Campbell Events were amazing to work with-- they made the process so easy and seamless, and at a great value! We couldn't recommend them more highly, and we will definitely use them again in the future. We most appreciated their creative, detail-oriented planning including everything from theme to decorations to food to games-- truly a Pinterest worthy shower, thanks to Campbell Events!

We couldn't be happier with the beautiful dressing up Nitty and her crew did for our son's very special day! It was absolutely amazing down to every single detail (and there were many)! Nitty truly managed to capture exactly the idea I had in mind for the party, and improved upon it many-fold! And then with the games, popcorn table and vintage photo booth she created, Nitty truly put the cherry on top of it all. She is a true professional. She was on time always, available by phone to discuss issues, and has a uncanny ability to make everything come together beautifully! I couldn't possibly thank her enough for all that she did for my son and for my family!
I hired Jennifer Case and the Down To Get Married team to help source vendors and location. I wanted to get married in New York City, but want to be sure to stick with a budget. Jennifer provided many ideas on how to get the most bang for my buck (e.g., use mirrors and candles to add more depth to the room and create a sparkling effect while saving on flowers) and helped negotiate details in my meetings with me. When my family couldn't make a dress fitting appointment, Jennifer came along and provided support. Finally, at the wedding a friend wanted to surprise me with a video tribute and Jennifer went above and beyond to help coordinate all of those details...and it was a total surprise!! PS - She helped plan my bachelorette party too.
