• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  Each production is different, so the price depends on what it takes to tell the best story. We have a tiered price model for video production with the minimum starting at 5k. • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  After we receive your inquiry, we’ll send you a questionnaire to understand exactly what your needs are. Next, we’ll provide you with an estimate and contract to review. Once approved, the next step will be to set up a phone call, so we can get to know each other, and discuss some viable creative directions to explore.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Our team is made up of talented people who are mostly self-taught in every discipline: creative, scriptwriting, storyboarding, directing, producing, editing, color-grading, motion graphics, and visual effects. Let's put this way. There isn't much we can't do.
