Introduction: Hi! My name is Bella and I am the owner and founder of Danse L’Amour. At Danse L’Amour, we love dance and we love love. We specialize in wedding dances that range from “I just don’t want to look stupid” to “we’re winning Dance With the Stars after our wedding!” Dance lessons should be your favorite part of the wedding process looking back, so we work hard to make the learning environment feel like the date night you need during an incredibly stressful but exciting season of celebration. We believe that dancing is not only a skill you can use for your first dance, but one that will be a part of your happily ever after. We hope you will use your new slow dancing skills in your kitchen or your new hustle skills to put everyone else to shame anytime you step onto another dance floor. Here in NY, you will be working with me, the owner, but we do boast a team of amazing women across the country who are teaching our style: from Atlanta to Nashville and Chicago. I have personally choreographed first dances, parent dances, and bridal party dances for weddings not only all over the country, but all over the world thanks to the wild word of Instagram! Working with Dante L'Amour and Isabella specifically was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. First of all Isabella is such a gifted teacher and for someone who gets nervous dancing and in my head I feel I didn't escape into my thoughts at all when we had our sessions. My fiancé and I had very minimal dance training so we just wanted a simple coordinated first dance for our wedding and decided to get two sessions. Well what Isabella achieved with us was phenomenal. We felt polished and prepared and practiced so much with the video she made us that I was singing the words of the song day off and not even thinking about the moves because I felt so confident. She would show my partner and I moves for both of us that worked for US. It was personalized, thoughtful, kind and overall successful. I could not recommend having a first dance more and working with Dante L'Amour. It adds elegance, quality, and a memory you can't achieve otherwise. We kept it a secret and our guests were blown away. More than sparklers or fog blow them away with skill and time put in, that's the kind of thing that makes a wedding special. Love between a couple. A dance is the perfect way to express that love. Thank you again Isabella, we are truly grateful for your sharing your gift of dance and gift of teaching with us. We had the pleasure of working with the owner, Bella, in NYC! Her team had us set up our account, our lessons, and our plan easily and effortlessly after our initial call.
They had a thorough questionnaire about our type of dance, what we were looking for, our song, etc. Through this, once we stepped into our first lesson, Bella already had a plan for us! She has a hard task of choreographing a full first dance for a full four minutes lol. I think we did about 8 to 10 lessons which was wholly worth the money.
The nice part about being here in Brooklyn is there were two studios for us to choose from depending on where we were located. We did some at the Manhattan location but mostly the Brooklyn studio which is awesome. Timing and scheduling was very flexible and very easy. She heard our concerns after we would come back after another session from practicing and finding that wasn’t what we were looking for and we would transition. By the end of our lessons, we were fully confident with our videos to practice with for the big day.
I can tell you the big day was this past month and we nailed our dance. Everybody was awestruck, wowed, and super impressed. We felt confident and fully prepared after all our lessons and we cannot thank Bella enough for a lifetime of memories for our big day.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Bella. As a couple with very little dancing experience, she made us feel so comfortable. By the end of few lessons, we were all ready to go. We crushed our first dance at our wedding!

My husband and I did dance lessons with Bella for our first dance. We also were able to do some lessons with our whole family and it was such a great experience! She made it so easy and made our first dance even more special.

Danse L’Amour choreographed and taught us a routine that had our wedding guests stunned as impressed in only 3 sessions - if you want to impress all your wedding guests with a unique and first dance you need to come take lessons here. Bella was so much fun to work with. She instantly put us at ease and asked all the right questions about us, our wedding, attire, all of it to fit the dance perfectly to us.
