First things first, we have to give a standing ovation, round of applause for Rev. Lou! About a month before our wedding, my wife and I ran into a unique situation; the person that we had been working with to officiate our wedding and assist with coordinating the plans became completely unreachable. I frantically searched the internet, made phone calls, and became mortified that all of the plans we had made over the last year would have to change. Then, I came across Rev. Lou online and decided to give him a call. He answered right away! I told him what had happened and that we were only a few weeks away from the wedding. He single handedly created a serene level of comfort and I knew he was the one for us. Since we reside in Ohio, all of our interaction was on the phone and through email until the actual day of the wedding, when we met him in person for the first time. I was amazed at his ability to work virtually with us and build such a well understood relationship. We were thoroughly impressed by everything about Rev. Lou. His genuine rapport, ability to design a ceremony that suited us perfectly, professional expertise, and inclusive, tranquil personality made such a positive imprint on us. Since we had to reconstruct our plans for the day, he also had many professional recommendations for other services that we would need which was a huge help! My wife and I strongly recommend Rev. Lou and are so pleased with the service and friendship that he provided to us during one of the most important milestones in our life!

Rev. Lou was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our initial meeting months before the wedding, to the moment my new husband and I had our first kiss as a married couple, Lou was one of our biggest cheerleaders and supporters. He was able to keep our anxiety down before the big moment/ceremony, and we greatly appreciated that. All of our guests had wonderful things to say about him, about how friendly and relateable he was. Not only were his words during the ceremony made of true love and happiness, he brought much needed humor to keep us relaxed. I would highly recommend Rev. Lou for an easy yet brilliant service. Thank you Lou for all that you did, especially taking the arm of Celio's mother as she exited the ceremony. Shine bright always!

My husband and I are indebted to Reverend Louis Olivieri who officiated our wedding on 11/16/2013. I was going to type “who married us” but he would remind me that we married each other, not him. Although our wedding day was the first time we met him – it was a destination wedding – he managed to personalize our service based on only a few conference calls and emails. He sent us drafts of scripts that we could tweak well in advance, so we knew most of what to expect before we met him on the wedding day. Before guests arrived, he walked us through the details of the service and calmed our – okay, my – nerves. He took me aside after we signed the license and said “look at me and breathe”. During the service, we chuckled a few times, an indication that the 3 of us standing there had inside jokes which is remarkable for the limited time we spent with him. He is the type of person that you seem to have known forever – someone with whom you want to keep in touch and even after years, seems like no time has passed. The only bad thing about our wedding? Reverend Louis had another appointment and had to leave our reception early. Before he left, he thanked us for the honor of officiating our wedding. We are the ones who are truly honored and blessed. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the most important day of our lives.

Rev. Lou made our wedding a wonderful and spiritual event for which we are eternally grateful. We live in Texas and were working to plan a destination wedding in New York. After reviewing several web sites for a minister we settled in on Lou as his style and nature seemed to fit well with our lives and relationship. Since we were planning everything remotely, he went above and beyond to help us find a beautiful church venue that was the perfect setting for our wedding before God and our friends. Lou also exceeded our expectations on getting to know us personally leading up to the ceremony. He planned several conference calls whereby we could discuss our life experiences and expectations for the wedding ceremony. These calls allowed for us to have a personal connection with Lou and made for a ceremony that was both meaningful and personal. When we arrived in New York, our wedding planner had an emergency and Lou stepped in to help us with the last minute details of obtaining the marriage license. This was much appreciated not only by us but our wedding planner as well. Lastly, at the ceremony itself, because we had developed a personal friendship with Lou, he was able to keep us calm and knew when to pause to allow us to keep our composure during what was a very emotional and meaningful ceremony for us both. Therefore, we are happy to provide a hearty recommendation for Rev. Lou Olivieri. Trent and Bill Houston, Texas December 2013

My long time partner and I were married in NYC this past December. We had a formal commitment ceremony/wedding a few years before but when we got married "on paper" in NY we were fortunate enough to find Reverend Lou to preside over our relatively brief ceremony. Everything was perfect and he was so helpful. He took the time to get to know us and helped us select the perfect place in New York. It ended up being a snowy day...which made it all the more perfect in Central Park…and he was flexible and accommodating. More important was how warm and supportive he was. Even though our paths crossed for only a brief period, it was one of the most important and meaningful "brief periods" of our life, and so every time we think of our day we will think of Lou and how much his words and blessing meant to us!
