- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We custom design packages according to our clients' budgets. We also have sale packages at a set price which includes many media services. So there are a lot of variables. Most packages average from $2,000 to $4,500. So, with us, the sky is the limit, but we won't turn away a smaller budget. As with any professional videographer and photographer, you can't expect to pay less than $1,000 for basic services. If your budget is too low, we recommend you contact your local technical art schools and universities to hire a student photographer or videographer. Though they don't have the work experience, they do have the latest equipment and can probably give you a reasonably good work for a lower cost. Always ask to see their work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first speak on the phone and then meet in person. Based on those 2 experiences, we set the plan in motion with a signed contract and a 50% down-payment. We build trust with our new customers, and send emails of ideas and decorative and photo-taking plans so they know what they are getting. There are never surprises! They are informed every step of the way. We usually gift a free pre-shoot or engagement shoot for packages above $2500 and $100 credit towards print items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are college and technically trained in New York City. We have degrees and certifications in photography, videography, print design and party coordination. We try our best to keep up with the latest technology and update our equipment and software yearly in order to provide our clients the best possible products. You never stop learning!
