- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with different price points but majority of our packages begin at $2,500 unless it is balloons then that begins at $500. Sometimes we have sales and price points begin at a lower price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally would hop on a call to discuss wants, needs, and expectations then after our call you would receive a proposal and the client would approve. Once approval has started my team and I start working on the backend. We of course check-in with the client throughout the process but we are working hard even until after the event so the client is completely stress free.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in this industry and have been doing all different types of jobs at a young age. As I continued to grow up I wanted to be a pediatrician but my calling was in the events industry. I started my own business in 2016 and have never looked back.
