Introduction: I own a boutique law firm representing domestic and international individuals, families, and the owners of privately-held and family-owned companies solely in the area of estate planning. I have 30+ years of highly specialized trusts and estates experience and take pride in helping clients to successfully traverse the different challenges in wealth preservation. I am guided by the principle that trust and estate planning are significant undertakings, ultimately for the benefit of those people and causes we love.  My fee structure allows me to work for you with fair, reasonable fees that will allow you to understand and predict what your costs will be. I enjoy working together with my clients to protect their assets (from taxes, creditors, divorcing spouses, spendthrifts) for future generations. I enjoy assisting families to tackle difficult personal decisions, generally well before any of those decisions will need to be implemented.
