- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered yoga instructor through the yoga alliance. I am also trained in zumba & reiki. In my day job, I’m registered as a behavior technician & have experience working with special needs children.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been passionate and interested about mindfulness and movement. I wanted to get certified to that I could share my knowledge and pass the benefits along to others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Kids ages 4-12, teens, adults up to 80 years old
