Ok, so I wanted to start building some structure for getting in shape at 55, and I tried previously closer to home in Rochester joining a gym next to my fav bar. One year membership, went to gym,twice. Went online for personal trainer beatdown, or a person that could help me dial in, and saw Anne, so went to meet her. She took me in for assessment, and immediately, I could feel her commitment... So I signed up.... Feeling the burn of excellence in what I wished I could do on my own.... Leave the Work out whimpering, but two days later, I'm ecstatic about the results and look forward to next engagement.. You can't do a job right without passion and commitment, and I'm so happy Anne choose this endeavor, because as I'm feeling it, you will too unless you are looking for a ferris wheel ride and cotton candy.. She is one special presence to help you meet your goals!!

Since I've started working with Ashley, I've seen and felt many improvement in not only my body, but my overall health as well. John takes a unique approach to fitness with a wide variety of exercises, many of which you'll never see anywhere else. sledge hammers and tires will become your workout equipment. yet he is able to tailor it to any age and fitness level. he incorporates a combination of strength, mobility and endurance in every workout. if you're looking for someone to watch you do push ups this is not your guy. if you're looking for someone who will push you beyond what you thought you were capable of and someone to take your fitness to a new level this is your guy. recommend 100%
Super may just be the best word to describe Bob Alessi as a personal trainer. Super for the expert, deep, precise, and reliable knowledge he has of the body whole the muscles, but also the mind, nerves, and knots, as well as the diet and lifestyle to keep it all in sync or get it back on track. Bob is the Super Man of trainers, hands down the best Ive ever worked with (and there have been several), the one to make me want to do, feel, and have the best for my health and my life. Hes also superb for the motivation and compassion he passes on, especially on your worst of days, which always reminds me of how deeply and genuinely Bob cares for his clients. Add to all of this the comprehensive and invigorating exercise routine hell design just for you that will include the Bob Alessi Super Crunch but youll have to see Bob to learn more about that. Coach D2 is great. Before I started working with him my lifts were limited by a shoulder injury. He was able to help me get last the injury without any surgery. He has shown me other ways to lift that get the same results, but are easier on my shoulders. Coach is highly reccomened.
Good trainer-- easy to work with, patient instructor, will keep you on your toes, good motivator, great great guy to work with. Pleasant young fella (has a glass jaw!), still a good boxer! Love boxing training. Great stuff!
I have never met trainers/instructors so passionate about the well being of others until I crossed paths with Ashley and Jeremy. Not only have they completely changed my life but they have guided me through my entire fitness journey from proper formation to nutrition. They helped me lose over 150 lbs and with the knowledge they have instilled in me, I was able to keep it off. Their studio provides a warm intimate but fun atmosphere and personally it have became my second home. All the class they offer are amazing and full of energy, my favorites are TRX and Zumba. Bridezilla Bootcamp has been the greatest experience for me. It has helped me work toward my weight loss goals in a fun and exciting.way! So far while attending bootcamp I have went down a shirt size and I couldn't be more pleased! Rachel is such a fun,awesome and upbeat trainer! Her classes are always fun and never the same. To me bootcamp 2x a week was amazing. I got a great workout and met lots of new friends.and enjoyed seeing them! I can brag for hours about this bootcamp for hours but you'll never fully understand until you go yourself!
I have been working with Nick and have known him for the past four years. He impressed me as a trainer the first time I met him. I had lost 50 pounds and wanted to keep the pounds off. He has more than helped me keep that goal. Even through physical setbacks that I have had, he keeps me motivated. My body fat has decreased and I have never felt better in my life. At my age you need to have balance and agility and Nick helps me with that. He always focuses on form and doing things the right way. I have seen other personal trainers but they don't seem to pay that much attention to their clients. Nick is not like that and always pays attention to your specific needs. I would recommend him to my family, my friends or any one that wants to be physically fit. I consider him the best personal trainer and also my friend.
Karen has been my personal trainer for about 9 years and I have lost almost 100 pounds through diet and exercise with Karen's guidance. Karen is always very creative with her exercises. Other trainers that I have had just had me do the same routine over and over again. Karen changes up the exercises which is more interesting and is also better for your muscles. Karen helps to make exercise more fun which has helped to motivate me to keep on working hard to get into shape. Destination Message is a wonderful place to work out.
