"Anne is a great trainer. She puts up with all my whining with a smile and does not let me get away with my trying to ease up on my workouts. However, she keeps a close eye and when she sees that I am breaking form and struggling for real, she revises the reps or workout as appropriate. She has tailored my workouts for my goals and each workout is different which has prevented boredom."

"Karen has been my personal trainer for about 9 years and I have lost almost 100 pounds through diet and exercise with Karen's guidance. Karen is always very creative with her exercises. Other trainers that I have had just had me do the same routine over and over again. Karen changes up the exercises which is more interesting and is also better for your muscles.
